Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment
    • Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions tailored to specific technical requirements.
    • Candidate Management: Identify, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, encompassing software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Employ various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations
    • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, covering pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
    • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage leave requests, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure timely attendance updates.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with precision and accuracy.
    • Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all HR processes and records adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
