**Job Summary**: An experienced human resources professional is needed to lead our people function. This role will be responsible for recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on personnel matters.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition (technical & non-technical).
  • Drive employee onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Design and implement employee engagement & retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices.
  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Manage company policies, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel, logistics, and procurement.
  • Support in finance coordination (payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT/Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set up scalable processes in a growing organization.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on problem solver.
