In this role, you will facilitate seamless information flow enabling business leaders to make informed decisions. This contributes to a positive work environment for the global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new hires on their first day introducing them to our company culture and policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of onboarding including asset allocation and access management.
  • Collaborate with vendors to conduct background verification checks for new employees.
  • Regularly connect with team members ensuring high job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve people-related conflicts and concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact addressing questions about company policies and culture.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to maintain team morale.
  • Create and manage communication related to the People Operations team including email templates and policy announcements.
  • Work with leaders to draft policies adding them to our handbook reflecting our values and mission.
  • Design programs minimizing turnover and maximizing retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews overseeing offboarding procedures.
  • Issue necessary letters and emails to the team.
  • Plan team offsites managing logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal external stakeholders strategizing executing people processes.
  • Negotiate with vendors establishing maintaining partnerships.
  • Coordinate salary changes payroll with the Finance team.
  • Vet paperwork contracts as needed.
  • Provide support to the People Operations Talent Acquisition teams required.
About You:
  • 8+ years relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Maturity sensitivity handling people matters.
  • High energy levels ability to run engagement activities.
  • Natural talent working with people.
  • Empathy rational thinking.
  • Outstanding written verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience People Operations staffing large-scale people roles.
  • Knowledge local labour laws employee relations case management.
  • Data analysis skills developing recommendations.

  • A self-starter working independently dynamic environment.
