Job Overview
  • We're seeking an innovative thinker to collaborate with our Marketing and Partnerships team on engaging educator initiatives.
  • Schedule and participate in partnership meetings, capturing key notes, identifying action items, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Craft compelling captions for social channels, aligning with our distinct brand voice.
  • Transform raw ideas, interviews, and brainstorm sessions into polished, shareable social media content.
  • Support our content calendar with scheduling, creative brainstorming, and identifying knowledge gaps.
  • Develop tailored email sequences for new educator partners and subscribers, utilizing email marketing tools.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns using metrics from Instagram Insights and Google Analytics.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Canva, and basic email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.
  • A solid understanding of storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity.
  • Curiosity and self-motivation — you're not afraid to ask questions, pitch ideas, or try something new.
