Key Account Manager - UK Education

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team, focusing on promoting UK education opportunities. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with education agents, channel partners, and institutions. Your role will involve promoting UK universities and academic programs to business partners, conducting training sessions and webinars, supporting partners with student inquiries, and monitoring and reporting on partner performance.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B counseling, agency coordination, or overseas education sector. You will also require in-depth knowledge of UK study visa processes, universities, and entry requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple partnerships and work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, channel partners, and institutions.
  • Promote UK universities and academic programs to business partners through various channels.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to educate agents about UK study opportunities, visa processes, and admission requirements.
  • Support partners with student inquiries, application processing, and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B counseling, agency coordination, or overseas education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK study visa processes, universities, and entry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UK universities or agents focused on UK admissions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and application management tools.
