Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ETL processes across multiple business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data transformation, quality control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects and ensure timely data loads and reconciliations.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
  4. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline recurring tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Provide operational support for daily feeds and handle support tickets to ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
  • Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  • Experience handling large-scale data and troubleshooting complex issues.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects.
  • SAP BTP Integration suite experience.
