Job Title: Integration Specialist

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining B2B integration environments to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
