Job Title: Dynamics Systems Integration Specialist

Description:

Commodity trading organizations are seeking a skilled professional to manage their trade lifecycle, ensure seamless integration and optimization of commodity trading systems, and mitigate risks associated with market fluctuations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and map them to commodity trading system functionalities.
  • Manage the full trade lifecycle: trade capture, validation, confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk exposure calculation, settlement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support key risk management activities, including mark-to-market valuations, daily P&L reporting and reconciliation, market and credit risk exposure analysis, hedge effectiveness tracking, and configuring commodity trading systems to meet specific requirements.
  • Ensure accurate integration of market data feeds for pricing and risk analytics, collaborate on logistics and scheduling modules, assist with settlement processes such as invoicing, payment matching, and accruals, and work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements and interface integrations.
  • Conduct various types of system testing and document results, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide end-user training and production support.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with commodity trading systems.
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and risk management principles.
  • Experience with data integration, trade lifecycle management, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with market data providers and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
