We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our Order Gateway team as an Integration Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new exchange connectivity solutions, managing migrations and upgrades, and ensuring trading systems meet evolving business needs.

  • Taking ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, exchanges, and vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations.
  • Driving system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions.
  • Optimizing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Participating in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity.
  • A strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments.
  • Experience with C++ or Python is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred.
