Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Specialist. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a vital role in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs. You will also lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.

In addition, you will manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.

You will document workflows, processes, and technical specifications. You will also train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
