Business Intelligence Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager to spearhead our finance department's MIS reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to management.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, prepare board presentations, and contribute to risk review meetings.
  • Implement and improve MIS processes using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
