Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced property accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with industry standards.
  • Timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management.
  • Collaboration with finance teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
  • Effectively utilizing US/UK accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with US/UK accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate accounting.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
