Asset Performance Leader

The successful candidate will have advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

They will also have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who actively questions assumptions and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers.

Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills, being able to relay financial insights and operational observations in a structured and concise manner.

Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • Communicate financial insights and operational observations
