Executive Leader

This is a high-level role for an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic leadership and client management.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex portfolios, focusing on business development and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include project oversight, team leadership, sales and business development, financial management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management:
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects across various sectors.
  • Manage and lead teams to ensure timely delivery, financial performance, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project governance processes to drive operational efficiency.
Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
Financial Management:
  • Own large-scale portfolios, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
  • Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams of professionals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and enhance business frameworks and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in executive leadership, business development, and client management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios, focusing on business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, and client management.
  • Prior experience in sales and business development, including successful client engagements.
