We are seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead the Entertainment clients portfolio. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, formulating and implementing monthly plans, strategizing for events and activities, and cultivating relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements.
  • Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape
