Senior Data Integrity and Policy Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Integrity and Policy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Operations group, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement projects to deliver improved efficiency and scale through simplification, automation, and innovation across Sales Operations tools and processes.

Your Career

  • IDentify Opportunities for Optimization: Leverage data analytics and business acumen to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and/or automation.
  • Manage and Communicate Optimization Projects: Manage and communicate optimization projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Steady Progress on Open Projects: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining steady progress and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Provide Effective Communication: Foster open communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent updates on project progress.
  • Consult with Downstream Teams: Collaborate with downstream cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of proposed projects on business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize data analysis and business acumen to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Demonstrate self-motivation and independence, working effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite: Possess hands-on experience with Salesforce and Google Suite, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications.
