At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned WAN expert to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing WAN solutions, including troubleshooting network issues, configuring Cisco devices, securing network infrastructure, and optimizing network performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with WAN implementation and management, proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco firewall devices, knowledge of network security principles and best practices, and a solid understanding of LAN/WAN/MAN buildouts.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferably with Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, is essential. In addition, experience in IT facilities management and technical support is beneficial.

In this critical role, you will collaborate with our team to ensure seamless network operations and provide expert technical support to clients when needed.
