Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Expert

Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office)

Duration: Full-Time

Experience: 8 - 10 years

Working Hours: US/UK time shift

Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days max.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Expert to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will engage with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and architect robust solutions using advanced analytics and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements
  • Design and configure optimized supply chain networks (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling)
  • Validate and test functional components to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Lead solution workshops, user training, and change management
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
  • Experience with optimization tools and technologies is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with ability to solve real-world business problems
