Talent Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to join our team and lead the recruitment, management, and partnership-building process for influencers, creators, and celebrities.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations, with a strong focus on relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and onboarding new talents, maintaining accurate records, and updating the talent database;
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to secure partnerships with high-profile celebrities and Category A talents;
  3. Developing and implementing effective strategies to manage ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent;
  4. Maintaining open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely release of talent payments;
  5. Providing exceptional client service while navigating complex expectations and priorities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations (desired);
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and maintain multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for talent management and tracking purposes.
