About the Role:

A highly skilled and creative Visual Creative Specialist is needed to conceptualize and create compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
