Senior Visual Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Design Expert to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

You will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design that align with Client brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Developing interactive communication design
  • Staying up-to-date on current design trends around the globe
  • Translating ideas into tangible design concepts
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
  • Collaboration with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists
  • Meeting deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Proactive coordination of handoffs, sharing context, and alignment on shared goals
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices
  • Contribution of ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches
  • Assistance in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
