We are currently seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for users worldwide. This role involves providing technical assistance related to mobile devices and services via phone calls, emails, and chats.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in multiple languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and English. They should also have experience working in a rotational shift environment, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Troubleshooting Experience:
  • Mobile device and connectivity issues
  • Solving complex technical problems

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide multilingual customer support via various channels
  2. Liaise with internal teams and telecom providers to resolve service-related issues
  3. Log and manage service tickets efficiently
  4. Maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  5. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-6 years of experience in international voice process or technical support
  • Strong communication skills in multiple languages
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
