Job Title: Functional Expert in Absence and OTL Modules

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Functional Expert in our organization.

  • Provide expertise in absence and overtime leave modules of Oracle HCM Cloud to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and map them with product features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Identify gaps in existing systems and propose effective workarounds to enhance overall performance.
  • Evaluate project scope and estimate work required for vanilla implementation, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Develop engaging presentations and demos for selected modules to showcase capabilities and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in functional areas with at least 3 years of expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formulas and another module beyond absence and OTL.
  • Strong command of English language for effective communication.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
