Workday Professional

We are seeking a skilled Workday professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing work, assisting leads in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collating and reporting status/impediments with the greater project team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering: Investigate business/technical requirements for clients' absence or time tracking needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements.
  • Provide an overview to the client, design the Workday solution to meet their needs.
  • Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned modules, configure based on the filled workbook, perform self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work.
  • Application Testing: Assist clients with testing of concerned functional modules, testing driven by scenarios from the client team.
  • Production Support: Includes practices and disciplines of supporting Workday solution for a period of time post deployment, migration activities and production rollout.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday, overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc degree.
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
Skills:
  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday at least of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll module.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around it.
