Workday Integration Specialist

A leading global provider of HR solutions is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the implementation and support team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to design and develop custom integration solutions that meet client needs.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to industry best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields, with a strong understanding of integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to start within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
