Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Expenses Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Workday expenses configuration, integrations, and data transmission.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with internal teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions in the Expense Module.
  • Lead finance expenses workstreams to ensure seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through testing systems.
  • Develop reports to support domestic and international areas of the Workday product.
  • Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module; familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks in Workday.
  • Ability to customize the Workday Expense and desire to learn about and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical audiences and business users.
  • Experience in Agile development environments: ServiceNow, Jira.
