Senior Financial Analyst - Workday Expenses
We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day support and development of the Expense Module in Workday.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and experience with expense configuration, security administration, business process configuration, and EIB. They should be well-versed in best practices and able to partner with COEs to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work onsite in Bengaluru twice a week. The successful candidate will lead Workday-enabled finance Expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure expense policies, resolve issues, test new features, and build reports.
- Assist finance and HR teams in using Workday more effectively.
- Provide Workday best practices and collaborate with COEs to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and achieve efficiency through Workday functionality.
- Lead Workday-enabled finance Expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
- At least 6 years of experience in Workday Expenses with proficiency in Workday HCM.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
- Demonstrated Workday functional expertise in the Expense module; awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks in Workday.
