Oracle HCM Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and expertise in various HCM modules.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in any 3 HCM modules is mandatory.
  • Experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will have technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Possess strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective technical solutions for HCM projects.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services to clients.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
