We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules.

  1. This expert will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal configuration of the system aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.
  2. Must have 5+ year experience, hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Time & Absence configuration and implementation.
  3. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes is required.
  4. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade and patch application cycles.
  5. Solid understanding of time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies related to attendance and leave management.

The successful candidate will be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations, possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The role also involves collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate Oracle Time & Absence with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.

Daily responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Oracle Time and Absence modules including Time Cards, Absence Types, Time Entry Rules, Approval Hierarchies, and Work Schedules.
