Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle EBS HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.

Key responsibilities include preparing functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinating with technical teams for customizations. Additionally, you will assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12 and strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll. A working knowledge of Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is desirable.

You must be an immediate joiner and hold a valid Indian passport, willing to travel onsite to the Middle East as per project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development
