Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Oracle HCM Implementation Lead to lead the successful implementation of Oracle HCM modules globally. About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end deployment, customization, integration, and testing of Oracle HCM modules worldwide. They will manage a team of consultants and collaborate with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues. Serve as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance) and the implementation team.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing, & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their applications in various industries.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
