Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the client's HCM solution.

The consultant will provide product and implementation expertise, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure and test the solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions, perform system testing, and provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions, drive process improvements, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
