Job Title: Expert HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. As an HCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HCM strategies that align with our business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy HCM solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of HCM systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HCM consulting or implementation
  • Proven expertise in HCM modules and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
