Job Summary:

We are seeking an expert in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
• Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
