Delivering exceptional value in deal evaluation for IT services entails collaborating with multiple teams and converting complex information into compelling commercial narratives.


• Strategic preparation of customer pricing presentation sheets, including the identification of key deal commercial terms and conditions.


• Ensuring that deal commercials align with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (i.e., ARD and TUPE), etc.


• Conducting a thorough review of contracts, discussing with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.), and participating in customer negotiations.


• Preparing deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.


• Developing a comprehensive deal termination schedule.


• Identifying accounting treatments for cost items in the deal P&L that align with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).


• Coordinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussions.


• Recognizing commercial and contracting risks in deals, highlighting them to leadership, and suggesting mitigation approaches.


• Collaborating with other finance functions on reporting and accounting requirements.


• Demonstrating ability to multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.


• Interfacing with the development team on system enhancements and maintaining strong internal controls.
