The role you are applying for is Pricing Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team.

The job entails driving pricing strategy, managing global and regional price lists, analyzing market competitiveness, and supporting sales teams with pricing requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Defining and implementing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and applying statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Providing daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Supporting Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Delivering pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Training global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of pricing strategies and market competitiveness.
