We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and tickets.
They will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice channels.
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualifications are desired but not required:
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support.
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent).
Job Location:
The Customer Service Representative will be working in Pune and Bangalore (WFO) locations.
