As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress & WooCommerce issues with confidence and expertise.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via tickets, email, and live chat, maintaining a professional tone at all times.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions and improve product quality.
- Ensure plugin documentation is up-to-date and accurate, reflecting new features and functionality.
- Manage tickets efficiently in FreeScout or similar customer support tools and contribute to GitHub repositories.
- Stay informed about product releases and updates to provide seamless support.
- Proficiency in WordPress troubleshooting, debugging, database management, and plugins.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, including setup, customization, and optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered support tools for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
