Strategic Partner Business Development Manager

Job Overview
Cisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Strategic Partner Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the overall Cisco business in line with Cisco priorities and managing executive relationships/engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic alignment between Partners & Cisco's Sales Teams to maximize success.
- Develop and grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to draw and implement business plans (IPP).
- Manage executive relationships and effectively resolve any conflicts/escalations.
- Enable partners to sell and support Cisco Architectures/Solutions.
- Grow software and service sales.
- Drive lifecycle practice building along with customer success and renewals.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Alliance management.
- Strong knowledge of networking and IT, with Cisco knowledge preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with local, regional, and corporate teams in a large cross-functional organization across time zones.
- Proven ability to respond and manage challenges in a fast-moving business environment.
- Highly analytical and experienced in utilizing business intelligence data to drive informed business decisions.
