Senior Human Resources Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Build strong pipelines and attract top talent by creating compelling job descriptions and promoting our company's culture through various channels.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster a high-performance work environment by developing initiatives that promote employee well-being, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Performance Management & Learning – Drive processes that enable growth, continuous feedback, and development by setting clear goals and objectives for employees.
  • HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while keeping us aligned with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Policy & Process Development – Strengthen frameworks that balance organizational goals with employee well-being by reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures.
  • Strategic HR Partnering – Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives by providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • 7–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a senior generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of the IT/Technology services industry.
  • Ability to balance people empathy with business acumen.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a growing organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
