Talent Acquisition Leader

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. This role will focus on building a high-performing workforce that embodies our values and fuels our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
