Talent Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals and help shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, talent selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with our talents to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential talents, negotiating terms, and maintaining talent relationships.
  • Assist in reviewing talent content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as creative and business development, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and talents' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talents, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talents through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements include 6 months - 1 year of experience in talent management, strong knowledge of social media and talent trends, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
