Talent Acquisition Specialist\

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and shortlisting applicants.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and have a proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.\
  • Draft and post job descriptions across portals and social media.\
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.\
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.\
  • Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.\
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.\
  • Represent the company professionally to potential candidates.\
  • SOURCE, SCREEN, AND SHORTLIST CANDIDATES FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS.\
  • COORDINATE AND CONDUCT INTERVIEWS IN COLLABORATION WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS.\
  • MANAGE END-TO-END RECRUITMENT PROCESSES FROM JOB POSTING TO OFFER LETTER GENERATION.\
  • MAINTAIN AND UPDATE THE CANDIDATE DATABASE.\
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES AND HIRING MANAGERS.\
  • ASSIST IN EMPLOYER BRANDING AND CAMPUS RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES.\
  • E NSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES AND LABOR LAWS DURING RECRUITMENT.\
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.\
  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.\
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.\
  • Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.\
