Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards.

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  3. Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  4. Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  7. Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  8. Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
  9. Contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in human resources.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  7. Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory.
  9. Must be well-settled in Bangalore. We prefer candidates who stay within 30 minutes of our office while we have great metro connectivity.
