The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our recruitment team and manage all recruitment activities. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent through diverse sourcing channels. They will also oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years + proven experience, with minimum 3 years in leadership role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
