The successful candidate will be responsible for taking charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Mentoring and leading high-performing teams of recruiters and talent specialists.
  • Establishing exceptional candidate experiences, building strong partnerships with external agencies, job boards, and networks.

In addition to these core objectives, the ideal candidate will focus on staying up-to-date on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech challenges. Strong analytical skills are essential for establishing recruitment metrics and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

The role requires

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership positions.
  • Proven success in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
