Job Title: Chief Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

We are seeking an experienced cloud architect to design and implement cutting-edge hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. This role involves leading cloud transformation projects, driving cloud governance and security frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve end-to-end cloud architecture through a combination of public (AWS/Azure/GCP) and private (OpenStack/KVM) cloud stacks.
  • Develop cloud migration strategies incorporating lift & shift, re-platforming, modernization, and hybrid deployments.
  • Implement multi-hypervisor environments including KVM, VMware, and Hyper-V for improved scalability and flexibility.
  • Create and enforce cloud governance, FinOps, and security compliance frameworks that meet enterprise standards.
  • Integrate software-defined storage such as Ceph and Object Storage to enhance performance and scale.
  • Built multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures for enterprise workloads, ensuring seamless integration and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps & Security teams on cloud-native solutions like Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and ARM to ensure consistent deployment and management.
  • Evaluate HA, DR, and BCP strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee cloud security architecture, including IAM, encryption, segmentation, firewalls, ISO/SOC2/GDPR compliance, and threat mitigation.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot hybrid environments leveraging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Nagios.
  • Promote technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams to foster collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years in cloud infrastructure & architecture with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in both public (AWS/Azure/GCP) and private (OpenStack/KVM) cloud stacks with hands-on experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud security principles is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
