Technical Strategist

Our organization seeks an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive and refine the technical strategy of our AI startup.

  • Define Technical Roadmap: Align technical objectives with business goals and enhance scalability.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead design and development of AI-driven products, ensuring high-quality on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Build and optimize a robust scalable tech stack to support company growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams for seamless technology integration.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced dynamic startup environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
