Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a presentable and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Managing Guest Inquiries: Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handling Guest Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring all guest accounts are created and maintained accurately.
  • Coordinating with Hotel Departments: Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
