Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate room assignments.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including room assignments, guest information, and billing details.
  4. Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest service role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
